Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the GarageSol website, mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Who we are. The Service is provided by GarageSol, operated by the GarageSol Indian Operations Team ("GarageSol", "we", "us"), with its place of business at [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS]. You can reach us at support@garagesol.in or on +91 97600 27573. See our Contact page.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for businesses — vehicle repair garages and workshops — and the staff they authorise. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are authorised to act for the garage, and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Accounts and access

  • Each garage receives a unique garage number. Sign-in is by one-time password (OTP) sent to a registered mobile number; there are no passwords.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile numbers secure, and for all activity carried out under your account.
  • You may add staff members and assign roles. You remain responsible for what your staff do on the Service.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. Subscriptions, trial and billing

  • Plans, prices and monthly service-job limits are shown on our pricing section at the time you subscribe. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude taxes unless stated.
  • New garages receive a free trial of the length shown at sign-up. A valid payment mandate is set up at sign-up, but no amount is charged during the trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and the plan fee is debited automatically at the start of each billing period, using the mandate you authorised.
  • You will receive a pre-debit notification before each automatic charge, as required by applicable rules.
  • Each plan includes a maximum number of service jobs per billing period. When the limit is reached, new service requests cannot be created until the period resets or you move to a higher plan.
  • We may change prices or plan features. We will give reasonable notice, and changes take effect from your next billing period.

4. Cancellation, non-payment and suspension

You may cancel at any time from the Manage subscription page. Cancellation during the trial takes effect immediately and you are not charged. Cancellation after a payment takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If an automatic payment fails, we may notify you and allow a short grace period. If the amount remains unpaid, we may suspend access to the Service. Suspension does not delete your records.

5. Your data and your customers' data

You own the information you enter — your customers, vehicles, service records and photographs. We process it to provide the Service. Because much of that information concerns your own customers, you are responsible for collecting it lawfully, for having any consent or notice required, and for using the Service in line with applicable data protection law. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, or to store or share unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
  • Upload photographs or information you have no right to collect or share.
  • Attempt to access another garage's data, or to probe, scan or disrupt the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense or make the Service available to third parties as your own product.
  • Use automated means to extract data at a scale that affects the Service.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, network issues or events beyond our control may cause interruption. Support is available through the channels and hours listed on our Contact page.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active. Your own business data remains yours.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties for hosting, storage, messaging, artificial intelligence and payment processing. Their availability is outside our control. Payments are processed by our payment provider under its own terms; we do not store full card or bank credentials.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, goodwill or data. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if payment remains outstanding, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; data retention is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will revise the date above and, where the change is significant, give notice through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY OF JURISDICTION], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
