Questions garage owners ask
Do I need a computer?
No. GarageSol runs on the Android phone you already have. If you can take a photo and send a message, you can run a job card.
What happens after the free trial?
Your first payment is taken when the trial ends, and monthly after that. You set up autopay at signup, so nothing is charged during the trial beyond a ₹1 verification your bank returns automatically.
Do I need a GST number?
No. GST is optional and you can add it later from Settings. Plenty of garages are below the registration threshold.
What if I stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only. You keep full access to your customers, vehicles and job history — you just can't create new jobs until payment is set up again. Nothing is deleted.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. It's your data. Export your customers, vehicles and job history whenever you want, including after you cancel.
Does my customer need to install anything?
No. They open a link and see their car's history in a browser.
