Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your GarageSol account and the personal information associated with it, and what happens after you ask.
How to request deletion
Email us at abhishek1990bisht@gmail.com from, or including, the phone number or email associated with your GarageSol account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". Tell us your business name so we can locate your account.
We may contact you to verify your identity before we act on the request, to protect your account from unauthorised deletion.
What gets deleted
Once verified, we delete or anonymise the personal information in your account, including:
- Business and staff details (names, phone numbers, email, address).
- Your customers' and vehicles' details that you entered.
- Service photos and videos.
- Service records and notes.
What we may keep, and for how long
Some records are retained where the law requires or to resolve disputes and prevent abuse, even after account deletion:

Service photos and videos are in any case deleted within 12 months, and sooner on request.
How long deletion takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your request has been processed.
If you are a vehicle owner (not a GarageSol account holder)
If a garage served your vehicle and you want your details removed, the garage controls that information. Please contact the garage directly, or email us at abhishek1990bisht@gmail.com and we will help route your request to the right garage.
